Hi I can't receive a verification email. I've requested multiple times. I have added no-reply@dropbox.com to my contacts.
Please help.

Have you also tried requesting for the verification email from a different browser, or incognito mode, by any chance?

Perfect, thank you I changed browser and it worked.
Also I have paid for a dropbox plus annual subscription via the Itunes app, but it's not showing on my account?

Hi Thank you, that also works. Although it applied it to my personal account, as opposed to business account. Is there a way of changing that?
Hey @V1teo - sorry to jump in here, but I just wanted to mention that we're not able to transfer subscriptions from our end.
You can either cancel the subscription to the wrong account and ask for a refund from Apple directly and once this is settled upgrade the correct account or swap the email addresses between your accounts.
