Bonjour, Je suis dans l'impossibilitĂ© de changer mon adresse mail associĂ©e Ă mon compte car je n'y ai plus accĂšs. De plus, je ne me souvient plus du mot de passe. Je suis encore connectĂ© sur mon tĂ©lĂ©phone donc je peux encore me connecter sur mon PC sans devoir rentrer mon mot de passe donc c'est good ! Je souhaiterai tout de mĂȘme modifier mon adresse mail, malheureusement je peux pas sans le mot de passe. Est-ce possible ? How to stop dropbox from taking my screenshots. The solutions privided do not work. There is no way to get the app to load on a mac. Opening the dropbox icon, which is supposed to open the app just opens the folder. The App never opens so the preferences section is never available to fix this screenshot hijacking issue. Please add a way to stop audio files from playing instantly, as soon as you open them. On the Dropbox app, using an iPhone, the minute you open the file it starts playing. If you have previously played that audio file and paused it half way through, you can't stop it from playing in time to take it back to the start. We use Dropbox for our choir and keep our backing tracks and sheet music together. Questions about receiving an email "via dropbox" with a sender ID of no-reply@dropbox.com. I received an email with a current "send" date and time with instructions to open a pdf document, delivered with this email. It required a sign-in and password from my email account to see the document. The strange part is the message was from an attorney that I had a relationship over 35 years ago. Yes, the attorney is still practicing. My questions are how does one send an email "via dropbox" if possible. Secondly, this email did contain real ID's and email addresses of the sender and the recipient (me). I havenpt called the attorney to see if he sent it yet. Application Affected (Dropbox app phone and laptop.) Device (iphone 16e, ASUS Sonic master and ACER TravelMate.) Operating System/Browser (if using the web) (Windows 11, ) Dropbox App Version (if using the app) (454.2.2 - I have Dropbox Plus on my phone and it was synced to my ASUS laptop but it shows as basic now on that device. I have Plus on my phone and always have. I downloaded Dropbox to my ACER ( work issue laptop) and logged in and it is BASIC and has only files from when it opened. The email on my phone is an old one but on the browser it shows the new one. I need the devices to sync to the one account. Somethings not right. I have a free plan which allows me to sync on 3 computers however when I attempt to add a second machine I get a message I have to sign out of one of them. See attched. At this juncture I am only connected to 1 computer and want to add a second. Why would I at this point have to sign out of one of them. I don't understand. In effect it's telling me I can only be signed into 2 machines, NOT 3. I never used to have this issue before, what changed.
