Notifications Still Going to Old Email Address
A couple of weeks ago I changed the email address on my DropBox account and verified it. Yet I still am receiving notifications at the old email address. Any ideas on why or how to get this corrected...

3 years agoMay I ask when exactly is the last time you received an email notification to the old email address sissomi?
Also, what is the nature of the email? Do you see an un-subscribe button and have you confirmed it's coming from an official Dropbox domain?

WalterThe email was received on 3/16/23 at 1:39am CDT. It came from no-reply@em-s.dropbox.com and the subject was "Top 4 tips to get your photo storage in focus". There is an unsubscibe button but I am hesitant to use it because I don't want my account to be unsubscribed. I only want the emails to stop coming to the old address and instead use the new address I've put on the account.
