Hi! I created my account back in 2016-2017 and I didn't use it for a while. I changed my phone since then and now I can't login because I don't remember my password. When I try to reset it, it says that the reset email was sent but I didn't receive anything. I tried looking into the spam folder and creating a contact with no-reply@dropbox.com but nothing worked. I know this is the right email because I got a lot of mails from dropbox about my account saying that my account storage is full and I should upgrade.
@Jay Yes I checked all the other possible folders. I don't receive the password reset email.
Is it possible to do it another way? We have a lot of files saved in dropbox and we need them.
@Jay I may be using the wrong email address.
How can I find the login information linked to my account that is being debited from my paypal account?
If the payment is being taken by Dropbox directly according to your bank statement, you can use the card lookup tool to locate which account it belongs to.

Hey, I'm using and email that at some point previously was from someone else, I have access to the email account, but when I try to change or recover the password, the email with the link or something from dropbox doesn't appear, I already check and I don't have any block account from dropbox and I add the no reply account to my contacts

I´ve being trying every support ideas without success, also tried the community ideas such as use different browsers
My trouble is that I ask for the recory password mail but never receive the mail.
I really need the information in my account

Hey @mcarrasco, just to confirm, have you checked your spam folder, to see if the email went there?
And also added no-reply@dropbox.com to your email contacts?

- spam
- add to my contacts no-reply
- differents browsers
- incognito mode
No one works
