My wife setup Dropbox and hasn’t used it for a while. We tried to sign in and she doesn’t know her password. We tried to sign in using AppleID. That worked but used some random email address. When I tried to “link” it to our normal address it said that address was already in use and we need to sign in. I tried to do a password reset but never get the email. Nothing on Spam folder. Tried adding the no-reply@dropbox.com address to contacts. Still no go. So our email address is showing in use on your end, but we can’t sign in or change the password.
Emergency is over. Wife finally remembered password

I am having the same issue only I cannot remember my password. To make it worse; my password keychain is showing my password and I haven't reset it. It just stopped working. I am on DB on a connected device and have verified my email address is correct. I know it is. I have had the account for a decade
So I am logged in on my account, but I am trying to use the same account on my iPad and it is not working, it shows that the current password is incorrect, then from inside my account I go to settings and try to change my password and I can’t, I try to clic on forgot password and I never get the recovery email…please help asap…this account is important

Could you try adding "no-reply@dropbox.com" to your email's contacts or address book and repeat these steps to reset your password?

Same issues as others. My PW saver shows what I have as the (correct-to-me) PW, but it no longer works. Asked multiple times across 2 days for a PW reset email. Nada. No email and it is NOT in a junk or spam folder. Added 'no-reply' dropbox email address to my contacts tho this should not make any difference... doesn't for any other PW reset but hey.... I'll try anything). Even rebooted. Still nothing.
I was invited to share / access a folder and was able to do so once. Now it keeps bringing me back to a log-in page and the problem starts all over again.
Why doesn't DB send a reset email?????
