11 TB of space available on our account - yet Dropbox says we're full

We have 11 TB of space available on our account - yet Dropbox says we're full and will not let us upload anything to our account. 

 

Even deleting more large files from our account has changed the availability of space available, but still - dropbox showing account is full and wont let us upload anything. 

 

Affecting all systems (Dropbox.com, as well as mobile apps and mac desktop app).

Possibly totally clutching at straws, but, does your individual account have a quota applied to it at Teams level?

What do Dropbox user levels mean?
