DropBox Full but only used 52% of allowed space

Hi All,

Hopefully, someone is able to help.

I have only used 1.19GB of storage space on my basic plan dropbox but get an error message that my storage space is full. Tried contacting the Dropbox help center but their Bot is not very helpful.

Any help will be appreciated.

Where are you being told space is full?

 

Have you activated backups? 

www.dropbox.com/backups
