My Dropbox tells me it's full, but there's hardly anything in it. Has anyone had this issue? And know how to resolve it?

As a first step, I’d like you to click here and send me a screenshot of what you see on your Plan page, so that we can check what seems to be taking up most of your Dropbox space.
Do you have any folders that have been shared by others perhaps? Have you enabled backup on your Dropbox account?
