My 6.2Gb allowance is now 2gb! Would you be so kind to restore it to 6.2GB, as it was?

Can you please let me know what exactly is reported in your account's  plan tab in regards to your quota?

 

Also, was the additional space earned through referrals or a promotion perhaps?
