I just got:   Urgent: Your files have stopped syncing across your devices because your Dropbox is full —

Manage my acct says:  Personal Dropbox space
Using 10.6 GB of 21.75 GB
Regular files (5 GB)Shared files (5.7 GB)Unused space (11.1 GB)

I do not use Backup.  Everything seems to be working as usual.  Why did I get this?

Where did you get it? Was it an email? If so is it genuine?

If you have nothing at www.dropbox.com/backups and its syncing OK I'd ignore

It was an email and I now suspect it was phishing.  It had a link for supposedly upgrading but luckily I did not click it. DB might want to warn other users. Everything on my DB seems to be working as usual.  Thanks.

Hi @dhtax, to be honest, that sounds like a genuine email that would be sent out, although this would happen when your account is much closer to the full quota.

What was the full email address of the email you received.
