Shared folder showing dropbox space full for other member

Hi, I have shared a folder with my staff and she is saving all her work in this folder. But now dropbox sends warning that her dropbox is full. She is using her own laptop to access this shared folder.

My have still 80% of my space available.

Any suggestions-

YOU may have 80% of your quota left, however, YOUR quota does not impact anybody else in the share at all. She is going to need to get more space to continue to access the share - shared folders use up the space of everybody within it.
