As stated in the title, I tried to delete lots of files. (1) How to find the total space I have presently occupied? (2) Once synchronization has been stopped because of the above stated reason,  through the action of deleting file to satisfy the storage limit requirement, will re-activation of the synchronization be automatic or by manual application or never possible unless via subscription plan.

Hi @k w yuen, thanks for messaging today!

You can view your quota usage on your account from this page.

Once you delete enough files on your account to get below the maximum quota, the files will start to sync again.

If you need any further assistance, please let me know!

Hi ! thank you for this explanation.

My dropbox was full, and stopped to synchronize.

I deleted a lot of files and document from my DB, but synchronization is still stopped,
is there anything to do to restart ? thank you very much !!

Hi @leelootwo, thanks for posting here today!

Provided that your account has enough space to sync new changes, the app would automatically go back to syncing new content.

With that being said, could you clarify the app's precise syncing status, and your allocated space right now?

Let me know more!
