Hi there

I'm about to have acessmto my drop box to a colleague temporarily

I have a huge folder containing photos family personal etc

Nothing very compromising but personal

I wonder if the vault has space limitation for archiving big folders?

Of course under the capacity of my subscription 2T

There is no documented limit. It's likely whatever space is available in your account.

Hi @TheBEAR69

What exactly do you mean you are about to give access to a colleague? If you mean via your email and password then simply put - dont. For one its against the terms of service and can result in an immediate account closure (including loss of all data) and secondly it means they TOTALLY own everything in the account. They could quite easily change the password and email on the account and you would have NO come back on them at all.

Instead you must use shared folders between the accounts - it is the only way to ensure safety, security and compliance.

No, if you're using shared folders. If, however, you're allowing them to sign in to your account as you (by giving them your password), then yes, it is a problem. Sharing a specific folder is fine; sharing your password is not.

If you're using a shared folder then there's no need to worry about the other files in your account. They only thing the other person can access is the specific folder you share with them. If your personal files are not in that folder, they won't be able to access them.
