Why are my referrals ineligible?

I have at least 6 people that have accepted and downloaded DB from my invitations on same computer and network, i got first 2 bonus space 1GB then the residual marked as ineligable.. i dont know why 

I want my space.

If the referrals are ineligible, then it could mean that they were activated from the same computer and network, which you've confirmed.

For the referrals to be valid, the users need to install the Dropbox desktop application on different machines on different networks.

The system might have detected multiple attempts on the same computer and network, marking the subsequent attempts as ineligible.
