I am logged in but I cannot access my files due to error

I am logged in but I cannot access my files. I get a message:

"Error

Something went wrong. Don`t worry, your files are still safe and the Dropbox team has been notified. Check out our Status Page to see if there is a known incident, our Help center and forums for help, or head back to home."

I am only using it in my personal computer.

Could somebody please help me?

Hey @Stella_G! Hope you’re doing well.

Are you getting the same error on multiple browsers?

If yes, have you also tried an incognito window?

Let me know what you find.

Thank you very much for your prompt responce. It's highly appreciated!

I tried the incognito window and I have access.

Have a good day,

Stella

Glad to hear that helped, Stella! You may want to check your default browser for any pending updates, and clear its cache, as this seems to be browser-related. It may help with accessing your Dropbox files from there again.

Have a wonderful day, as well!
