Yes and that's right but it was through an Instagram link it was in the Bio to download on Dropbox I don't know much more I don't know how I'm going to download this without noticing my cell phone I need support./download

You need to ask the person on Instagram for them to create a new link for you or reshare it. 

There is no other way to get the file I'm afraid. Support cannot help.
