Good Evening. I cannot figure out how to download videos that I have purchased. There is not an option to download. I do have a basic account. If anyone has an answer, it would be appreciated. Thanks.

Could you clarify how were those videos shared with you in the first place and send me a screenshot of what you see so that I can have a visual too?

I’m having the same issue. My video was purchased through Dropbox. There seems to be no option to download these videos. So I have to watch them online.
