Unsaved changed to dropbox.png

I encountered this error while editing a Google Sheet inside a Dropbox folder.  The sheet that I am working on is heavy on images.

Current file size: 195.84 MB

Google Chrome version: Version 103.0.5060.114 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Dropbox Storage: 2 TB

I also tried to clear the cache but it still shows the same error.

I hope you can help me, please. Thank you so much 🙂

Hi @AizaLiansing, let's jump right into this!

Does this only happen on this specific document? Have you tried accessing and editing the file on a different browser?

If I were you, I'd give this one a go.

Keep me posted on the results!

Hi following up on this old thread. We're also having this issue at our office. I tried opening the file in Chrome and Edge, still get the same "Unsaved changes in Dropbox" message, and some of our most recent changes just get lost. Any workarounds?

Hey @jeromechou, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

Could you try clearing your browser's cache or an incognito window with no extensions or plugins running and let us know if you still get this error?

If you do, you could try disconnecting the Google integration from your account's Connected Apps tab and re-connecting it anew through the App Center
