having trouble with dowloading file from dropbox transfer

having trouble with dowloading file from dropbox transfer

I can log in my account on dropbox website with no problem 

but I recieved a dropbox transfer link to download files,  when I clicked download i have to sign in my account but I could not sign in even i have put the correct password. 

 

appreciate if you can help me

Hey @vang toho, sorry to hear you're having issues with this.

 

May I ask how large is the file you're trying to download? Have you tried clearing your browser's cache or using another browser?

yes i have tried everything but still could not sign in to my account , the files are 44mb

Can you also try an incognito tab on your current browser, and let me know the results? 

 

If this doesn't work, then any screenshots that you might have are more than welcome, just make sure none of your personal info is visible there. Thanks!
