Dropbox Plan - Basic Device - Windows 11 Lenovo Laptop Operating System/Browser (if using the web) - Windows 11 / Firefox Browser Dropbox App Version (if using the app) - 238.4.6305 Question or Issue Good day, Please can you urgently assist in this matter... I have a basic plan but due to Dropbox option to invite others to the platform I have accumulated 6,75Gb in total. My current usage is 3,91Gb but now Dropbox is giving me an error when saving additional / updating existing files. ERROR: The save failed due to out of memory or disk space. I have enough local diskspace and memory available, dropbox storage utilized is more that what the basic plan allowed but have more space available due to above reason... enough freespace is available. Your urgent assistance will be appreciated. Thank you Franna

hello, i sent invitation to many friends but every time after they completing registration and instalation app on their comps i get same result - Ineligible. We not connected to same network, not using same computers, or something like that. I tried a lot of absolutly different people but every time same result. Can anyone help me pls? i have basic verison. They try to instal mobile and desktop app but nothing work. Friends with status waiting for instalation have mob app and if they get desktop status changed to Ineligible
