I had a Dropbox account on my PC with one email, but I also had another account with a different email where I purchased my subscription. Unfortunately, the account on my PC was deleted, and now I can’t access my files or my subscription. Right now, my PC is logged into the deleted account, and I can’t access my actual paid subscription. I don’t know how to restore access, merge everything, or move the subscription back to where it belongs. I’ve tried everything, but I’m getting no real help, and I’m panicking because I had a lot of important work saved. I accidentally created a new acct with my Apple ID a short while back due to forgetting which email this acct was connected to and didn’t realize pressing “sign in with apple” would immediately sign me up. I’m not sure what happened but my subscription somehow switched to the other account and I can’t switch it back. I’ve been getting notifications that my subscription on this account has been switched to basic and I’m way over so my files will be deleted soon, but there’s an error every time I try to restore the 2,000GB plan. I have 2FA set up so it says I need to enter the code sent to my old email account when i try to log in. However, the company which set up my email address I used no longer exists. I create another account awhile ago. I want to cancel it, but I have no way of accessing it. The email I used was deleted, and non existent. Not able to be restored. I think this is what's going on....I wanted to upgrade my old account-it was full...looked at plans in a new browser page. Paid. Tried to login, was prompted to change my password. I did. Don't remember the old password. But I am now prompted to upgrade my old account and can't login to the new account. So I think I must have 2 accounts under the same email address. Anyway, at this point, I just need to be able to login to both accounts and cancel the plan before 7 days come up. I am trying to pay for a monthly subscription. I solved the first captcha (I saw the message that I had proved I was a human), and then was faced with more captchas, over and over and over! I know I have the answers correct, and even get a message saying something like "You can continue with what you were doing..." then another captcha comes up! What gives? I have more than one client and so they create an email for me so that I can create a dedicated db account and access their files. I am just now finding out that I can only link my personal account to one business account. All the posts I see on this subject are labeled "solved" and by that meaning, that it's not possible to link more. As there been any progress on this topic?
