How can I completely disable Smart Sync?
How can I completely, 100%, disable Smart Sync so that Dropbox will always download all of my files? The settings I have found all apply to NEW files and seem to have no impact on old files. What I would like is to set my Dropbox to behave as if Smart Sync does not exist or has ever existed.Solved75KViews30likes66Comments
My Selective Sync settings don't show all my folders on my Mac.
Unsure why, but a folder I generated online and then sent some files to, won't appear on any of the computers selective sync window. Using Mac latest version, 3.8.3. I can't untick that folder. I Can not link my Yahoo mail to dropbox . Yahoo have removed the upside down v (next to the Attachment icon) that gave the option to Share from Dropbox . Does Dropbox now not support Yahoo mail or am I doing something wrong. Thank you for any help.Solved28KViews2likes20Comments
Don't Always Entice Logging In/Signing Up
I realize you are in this business to get users. However, there's a time and a place -- and at the TOP of MY pages, is NOT the place. I am paying to put files here for people to access and my users do not need to be members or, if they are members, they do not need to sign in. Having them be logged in is a complication. SO GIVE PAYING USERS THE OPTION TO NOT SHOW ALL YOUR LOGIN STUFF AT THE TOP. AT LEAST ENABLE US THE CHOICE TO SHOW YOUR LOGIN STUFF AT THE BOTTOM OF PAGES INSTEAD. This isn't a vanity thing. You seriously confuse people. The people I need to use this with are afraid of doing the wrong thing -- because you do not give them a clean interface.Solved35Views1like1Comment
