Followed steps but didn't get referral space and cannot verify my email address
I was invited to join dropbox via a referral link, i signed up using the link and installed the desktop app on a new computer. I logged into the desktop app but still didnt receive my 500 mbs bonus and neither did my referral receive his bonus since i joined using his invitation link...as per instructions on the forums it is mentioned to verify the email address but I am unable to send the verification code as there is no option on the general account settings for this step on my desktop app, browser app amd mobile app...moreover, after trying to follow steps provided on the dropbox forum, upon clicking the link for send verification code, the page is redirected to my dropbox with a message "something went wrong" and i am unable to verify
32 GB of referral space is missing from my account after a Dropbox Business trial
Hello, I enabled Dropbox Business a year ago in test mode and didn't know how to properly revert back to Dropbox Basic. After a few months, Dropbox deleted not only my files but also 32 GB of my cloud space that I got for inviting new users. Can you please help me to recover those 32 GB of cloud space? Thank you. (There is no need to restore files, only 32 GB of cloud space needs to be restored.)I‘m on a family plan but Dropbox still asks me to upgrade my plan because I don’t have enough space
I‘m on a paid family plan (shared from by my parents) and now i can’t sync a few of my new files with the family storage, dropbox then tells me to upgrade my plan because i‘m out of storage space which is impossible since the family plan storage is huge and we‘re not even using a third of the storage space. I have checked that i only have one email registered with dropbox so that can’t be the issue

Hey everyone! So I referred my friend a while ago. He directly created a dropbox account using my referral link and a downloaded the app (months later) on his computer. His PC did not previously have the dropbox application. When I go to my settings and look at the bonuses I got from referrals, a "waiting to install" shows up next to his email. Any help? Thanks!
