Hi, i cant find the folder size and file count info for my folders online. Where can i see that? Should it not be visible in the folder tree on the login page? I have to make a quick comparison between the files and folder on my PC and online to check if all files are uploaded or not. Hello, I am having an issue many seem to be having where my quota storage is full, but not matter how many files/folders I delete (whether that's team shared, shared with me, or personal) nothing seems to change quota storage overall, while my other storage indicator under my profile says I have deleted files. I've attached two screenshots here, but hopefully someone can clarify how I can regain my quota space back. I'd prefer not to go from paying $600/yr to $1,000 for the upgraded business plan. I have free Dropbox on my desktop which shows I have 34.59 MB of 2.75 GB available; However, on my iPhone app I have 4 more devices listed from many years ago and am told I am over the limit. I only want to have the 2 current devices on my app. When I click on the "Or remove some devices" button, I see a list of the old devices, but cannot click on them or delete them at all. I activated a coupon code several years ago for 5GB of free space that is offered to all Quicken users for file backup. I recently noticed that I no longer have that 5 GB of extra space (and I have only one Dropbox account). When I enter the Dropbox code that I get through my Quicken account, I get a message that the code was already used. I'm unable to get another Dropbox code from Quicken for the free 5GB and no one at Quicken is able to resolve this issue. Quicken Customer Support gave me a Dropbox Customer Service phone number, but when I called it, I got a strange advertisement offer for some store. Quicken states on their product info that I'm supposed to have this Dropbox backup space as long as I have a Quicken subscription, which I currently have. Anyone know how I can get my 5GB of free space back or how to contact someone at Dropbox to help resolve this issue? Chatbot wasn't helpful. Hello, I recenlty created a new free account on Dropbox with my work e-mail in order to start a project in my office. After this account was created, my storage had a capacity of 2 GB. Soon after, my boss submitted the trial version of a Standard plan (the one with a storage of 5 TB) in order to work with a team of 15-20 people to read and write files. My problem is that, even though i was added to the plan via-email invitation, I cannot load nor sincronize any file anymore because I exceeded the limit of 2 GB. Hey everyone! So I referred my friend a while ago. He directly created a dropbox account using my referral link and a downloaded the app (months later) on his computer. His PC did not previously have the dropbox application. When I go to my settings and look at the bonuses I got from referrals, a "waiting to install" shows up next to his email. Any help?
