Some photos uploading with lesser file size and quality

I've been trying to figure out what is going on, but I have not been successful. But today I e-mailed an image to myself that looks sharp on the phone, but horrible after being uploaded with Dropbox, and noticed that the file from Dropbox is 1,3 MB and the one from the e-mail is 3 MB. Uploaded from Dropbox: From my e-mail: I also discovered that if I use Google Photo the quality when downloaded to my Mac is the same as on the OnePlus 13 (and also from e-mail). So I'm wondering about the same thing that wertupo asked in their post: "Is it possible that Dropbox is 'rushing' to snap the photo up to upload before the phone has had the time to process it? Hence the bad quality?"I get a 404 error message when using the downloader application.
This afternoon, I am suddenly getting Error (404) on every one of my files using the downloader application. This is only when accessing my files. Other links to external sites are not an issue. App cache cleared, device restarted. No change. This is the same issue I had approximately six months ago, which was mysteriously cleared up either by itself or the staff. I remain unclear on that. Then I select "upload", "files". I navigate to my local folder on android which contains 3000 pictures. I press "select all", and "select". I now expect all files to be uploaded to my Dropbox folder. what happens: dropbox shows a popup with "preparing to upload". This dialog will animate for a minute or so. Then the app reloads and shows my root Dropbox folder. expected behaviour: files uploading to my Dropbox folder more stats: over 1 terabyte free space. Total upload size is less than 30 GB.

The spreadsheet is fully workable on my mobile, excepting when I press the cell containing the embedded (not linked) word document., it only identifies the cell (eg B2) rather than open the embedded fileit says "This version of Excel doesn't support interacting with embedded files" When I open the offline folder it works perfectly on my laptop Also, sometimes when I open the file on my mobile, it comes up with "open with" and when I press that, it goes straight into the spreadsheet. The screen shot shows an unfilled circle, whereas the others are all filled? I cannot find in Dropbox application, where I can upload a newer version of Excel? Dropbox app crashes and won't work with the Microsoft Word app on Android
Dropbox files will not open, except occasionally, in word on my s25ultra phone. Got a message from phone. "dropbox app keeps crashing. put to sleep to avoid excess battery use.' I need to use the dropbox app. When the docment in dropbox does occasionally open in word after an eternity, then it will not close and you have to clear all active apps to get it too close. Word works perfectly with my one drive files.
Issue connecting Dropbox to Excel SMS (consent loop during login)
Hello, I’m trying to connect Dropbox in the Excel SMS app on my smartphone. During the Dropbox sign-in process, the app keeps asking me to grant access permissions. After I accept, it returns me to the same consent screen again and again, so I can’t complete the connection. This happens every time I try to link my Dropbox account within the app. I’m attaching a screenshot showing the issue.
