"Please log in to verify your email" when trying to access a folder.
I have been added to a DropBox and received an email from DropBox to allow me to access the folder. Now, I enter my username then password. The page loads then resets and say "Please Log In to Verify your Email". it is an endless cycle. Because I am accessing another party DropBox, this is a free account so DropBox does not offer me support.
Can't link work account, pop-up msg says already linked but it's not
On my desktop app, I used to have both my personal Dropbox account and my work account. The work account is no longer active (it's been over 1.5 years). And now I'm trying to link a new work account but I get this pop-up msg in red "That account can’t be paired. You can only pair one work account with one personal account." When I went to unlink the old work account by following the steps here (https://help.dropbox.com/account-access/link-unlink-two-accounts), no accounts were listed. So I clicked on "Link accounts" and again it took me back to the pop-up message in red quoted above. Anyone know how to get to the bottom of this??
