Print Screen doesn't save screenshots to dropbox anymore
I've used prtsc to capture my screenshots for like years now but for some reason dropbox doesn't recognize it anymore. The settings in dropbox are correct and its not a hardware problem b/c I can still press prtsc and then ctrl+v into paint.Solved42KViews6likes37Comments
Dropbox Capture screen recording skips and buffers upon playback
When I do a screen recording using Dropbox Capture (v94.0.3), the resulting video skips and buffers upon playback. It's unwatchable. I have tried waiting for the full video to load before playing it - that does not help. I've uninstalled and reinstalled Dropbox Capture - that doesn't help. Cleared my cache too, that didn't fix it. I'm using Windows 11 on a PC, and other screen recording software does not do this (Loom, the native Microsoft screen record software, etc). The capture feature works just fine for still images so there is only a problem with screen recording. I've been using Dropbox Capture for a few months since it was in beta--this was not a problem about a month ago. Anyone have a solution?10KViews5likes47Comments

Dropbox Capture won't start after system reboot or restart
Hi, I'm on Windows 10, Dropbox Pro Plan, and really would like to use Dropbox Capture. However after installing it only works until I reboot or restart the PC. After a restart there's no taskbar icon. Manually starting the app (via start menu) etc. silently fails (no message whatsoever) and there's also no indication in the task manager of it running. Shortcuts don't work either. Only if I remove the app and re-install it will work again, but only until the next restart. As I said I really like Dropbox Capture and would love to replace SnagIt, but I cant' just install the app every time I need to take a screenshot etc. Is there a known fix to this? Upload a Photo Album from iPhone to Dropbox
How can you upload just one photo album to Dropbox from iPhone? I would like to just get my Favorites album uploaded to Dropbox. Is there a way to either 1. select a whole album for upload or 2. easily select all photos in an album for upload? From what I have tried, it appears I can only select one photo at a time. I have 2,400 favorite photos I want to upload to Dropbox and selecting them one at a time is not a task I am up for. And importing to my Mac first doesn't seem to be an option either... Image Capture doesn't show albums. iPhoto wants to import all photos first (and can't because there's not enough space on my computer). iTunes doesn't show albums because iCloud is on. I could download from iCloud but then the photos lose all the date/time metadata that I need. Would appreciate any help! Thank youSolved32KViews1like5Comments
