I just got off a chat with one of Dropbox's representatives. In short, I have a Dropbox professional plan and I created a separate folder for each of my students. Yesterday, one of my students got a message that her account is "full" despite me having two and a half terabytes of free space left. Well, guess what, space is calculated double - once on my account and once on hers. So, let me get this straight, if I share a big folder with a lot of files with, say, 20 people, Dropbox will require all 20 of them to pay for the same amount of space!? Anybody from Dropbox cares to justify this!?Solved3KViews3likes10CommentsFile request link results in blank screen
Anyone else experiencing this problem? ALL of our file request links result in a blank screen when clicked. It is not a browser issue, as it's been tested across many browsers. I wasn't aware of it until a client advised me of the problem. Dropbox are looking into it, meanwhile this has been ongoing since Tuesday and still no fix. The copied link shows as [removed], then when entered, changes and inserts _edison https://www.dropbox.com/request_edison/xyz Thanks in advanceSolved5.3KViews1like18CommentsFiles are suddenly zero kb
Hi, I have browsed through the forums, but couldn't find any relevant posts. I have a few documents that are several years old, SUDDENLY they are zero kb and cannot be opened. I haven't really changed anything in my set up. (I am on a Mac, Monterey, OSX 12.6.1, but I'm pretty sure the problem was there even before I updated to Monterey) The issue relates to BOTH offline and online files, i.e. they are zero kb both online and in my local folder! I have tried switching between "make files available offline" and "online only" but to no avail. Please help, since these are quite important files. Thanks//Oscar2.2KViews1like10Comments
