adding attachment to dropbox sign template
Hello, I was hoping to add an attachment feature to the templates that I had setup on dropbox sign. I wanted my customers to be able to attach any documents they might need to attach to the template but I can't find that feature/icon when creating a template. Dropbox Sign - How can I change email of signers?
I sent a document, but they no longer have access to that email and want it sent to their new email; I can't see an option to update an email? There are multiple signers on the document, and don't want to void the full document and resend, given others have already signed. Hello, I uploaded a document on Thursday for some of our signers. I sent the email, but it looks like no one received anything when I asked them during our Monday meeting. I sent email reminders, I duplicated and resent, and uploaded the document again and added the signers again, but nothing has worked. I am not sure what is going on. I had one of our signers add noreply@mail.hellosign.com to see if that might help and it did not. They checked their spam and nothing. On my end it shows pending and the documents were sent, but again, no one has received anything. The only thing that is different is that I included a new signer, but the other four have always received an email asking for their signatures. Does anyone have any idea what the issue might be? Dropbox Sign - not receiving notification
When I send out a document to be signed via Dropbox Sign, I get notified via email when the signer has "viewed" the document, but I do NOT receive anything once the document has signed. A file does get created in the dropbox file path that i choose ( filename.pdf(in-progress) ), however, it does NOT change to the filename.pdf(signed) like it used to before HelloSign turned into Dropbox sign. I've spent the last hour trying to send a document for signature with Dropbox's HelloSign. I had no problem with the first document. But with my second document, no matter what I do, after filling in all the signatory's information, I am unable to click "Next" to move on to the next page. The "Next" button is greyed out. I cannot find a solution anywhere and I don't want to waste any more time trying to figure it out. I am going to use another service to send my 2-page document for signature. What is the problem???
