I've tried a separate wifi connection, incognito mode and a different browser. No idea why this is happening now. Dear DropBox, I tried to cancel/decline three documents that are pending my signature because I do not want to sign them and I do not want to contact the signer. When I contacted your help team and sent screenshots, they told me that the senders cancelled their accounts and that I cannot decline the documents because they were initiated via a template link. Would you please add the functionality so that users can always cancel pending signature requests, no matter how the user sent them (including documents initiated via a template link)? For template link requests the option to decline the request is unfortunately not available to the recipient. This is expected behaviour, as template link requests are designed differently from standard or bulk send requests. Because of this setup, only the sender has the ability to cancel the request—they control the workflow since the document is generated directly from a link rather than being individually addressed. Our documentation for decline options is only for non template link requests. Hi, I have the same problem and have tried with a different browser and even incognito mode on my current one. When I try to enter a third signer/receiver of a PDF-file which I want to be signed - a message appears that only two signers is possible. Hey everyone, As the title suggests, I'm facing an issue where text tags are not removed when a document is sent for signing (when the user opens it for signing), even though the `hide_text_tags` flag is set to true. I have a problem and it is that when loading the document to be signed in a web view, it first loads and appears loading but then an error appears that says (something went wrong when preparing your signature request. Please try again) and the strange thing about this Is that when I try exactly the same code but on the web it works normally, do you know what it could be? I am a new Business Team plan Admin member (3 user), and creating new templates in Dropbox Sign (Dropbox signatures redirects me automatically), but I do not have an option to "create template link" as has been described in the help articles and posts in these forums. It is missing as an option for me even though I have a plan that should include it. There should be a little pulldown arrows to the right of the Blue button in the corner, but from my screenshot below, mine doesnt have it. Can someone confirm if Dropbox Sign still offers this, or if there is something going on with that feature in general, or how I can resolve this? I’m experiencing an issue accessing a document via DropBox Sign. When I attempt to access the document, I’m prompted to verify my email before the document loads. However, after completing the verification step (by clicking a link from the inbox of the email address in question) the page never fully loads—it remains stuck on the loading screen indefinitely.
