How can I resend referral links to people?
Hello, Some years ago, I invited a bunch of people to install Dropbox with a view to earning extra storage space. Some did but many did not. Of these, I want to re-invite some who may now install Dropbox. But I'm unable to send a new invite - 'XXXX has already been invited'. How can I send such persons another invitation if they have not yet installed Dropbox?
I can't get the one-time code to access my Dropbox account.
I had a previous account with years of pictures. I had to get a new phone and because it’s through work couldn’t just transfer everything over. I have the email and password. It pops up a screen to enter a 6 digit code but it’s not coming through my email. I really want to access these pictures. Can anyone help

Hi, It seems I have 2 DropBox accounts but one email login. I subscribe to a plan and pay monthly, the bills going to my gmail address, but after I logged in today it reverted me to an old (free) account registered to the same email address, but of course without all the data from my usual paid and data heavy account. How do I access my newer paid account? I can't even lodge a request for help, even as a paying customer, as I can't login to this account! Please help!

I made this over 10 years ago. I have been trying to get access to 3 of my email addresses, gmail, but its a lost cause. I am trying to recover all the music me and my friend made, he passed away in 2022. I cant get this code. I have a different phone, computer, email address, everything. Please help me get in. Honestly i think i have like 3 accounts on here lol.

Hello i have my dropbox and know wat files i have upload i have my password and my account but i dont have acceses to my mail because the server of the mail was desactivated and my macbook and my iphone are new so how can i sign in without the security code or changing my mail without accesses to my old mail
My wife can't access her email to get the Dropbox code. We can't reach support either.
My wife has lost access to the email she set up her dropbox account with. Since accessing her account 2FA was introduced. Guess what? Upon trying to sign in she can't get access to the code in order to get to the account and change her email. AND DROPBOX SUPPORT IS BEYOND BAD---THERE LITERALLY IS NOW WAY TO CONTACT ANYONE FOR SUPPORT, AND ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS ARE TO "SIGN INTO YOUR ACCOUNT AND CHANGE THE PRIMARY EMAIL" (THANKS). So I am trying to figure this out. Is there a solution here? Is there even a way to cancel the account without actually reporting this as a fraud to the credit card company? Any help welcome
