No longer have access to my account email to receive one-time login code.
Hi there!
I created a Dropbox account years ago with my college email and have never had an issue getting into my account. Dropbox is now asking me to enter a 6 digit code that is being sent to that college email - I’m assuming because I got a new phone a few months ago. I no longer have access to that email so cannot get the code to login to my Dropbox. I have the correct password and everything, just can’t get that verification email. There is not a customer service phone line unfortunately so I’m not sure how to go about getting into my account! I submitted a form about it but haven’t heard anything back. Has anyone had any experience with finding a solution to this problem?

If you no longer have access to the email address linked to your Dropbox account, visit this support form while signed out: https://www.dropbox.com/support/sign-in-issues
Use an email you currently can access so we can reach you.
Please note: if you can’t access the linked email and don’t have any device logged in, we may not be able to restore access.

I did some digging in our system, and I was able to locate your ticket number with our support team.
It looks like one of our agents replied back to your initial request and they asked for some additional info. Did you have the chance to review their reply? If not, then can you check your spam/junk and see if you can find it there?

Hi, I haven’t received an email from Dropbox. I made two submissions because on the first one I did forget to include a contact email. The second submission I included my current email in the body of the submission form. I have checked my spam folder and nothing there either. I am wondering if the initial response just went to my old college email.
