Hi There, We need to run Bitnami web stacks but the path contains spaces because of the Dropbox folder name. How do we rename the folders so there aren't spaces? Or if we unsubscribe from Dropbox for business (we've found it kind of painful in practice) will the personal dropbox folder name get renamed to 'Dropbox' (without spaces/brackets)? Hi, lately I closed my team profile from my compagny. I changed to a personal 3 tb subscription and suddenly all folder are emty. Although I used to be the one who could change everything. I changed files to an new folder in the hope it was a sync problem. It was not and using rewind ended up losing everything. What can I do now? I am a bit afraid that i lost 2tb of information and work. Doe anyone have a clue how to get my files back? Question or Issue I received a free 2GB Dropbox account with a laptop that I purchased and I'm trying to access photos from 2014 to probably 2023 when I purchased an iPhone and bought 50GB of storage from Apple for $.99 per month. So, when I sign in to my account it's showing the minimum plan at 2000 GB at $9.99 per month billed annually. Really?!!! This is the minimum. If that's the case, then Dropbox is losing out on a lot of business. Someone who only wants to store photos and videos of family and friends has only one option to get access to their photos at Dropbox at a cost of $120. These are my photos and I am happy to pay a fee to gain access to the 10GB Dropbox is stating they have in my account (8GB over the 2), but this is a customer nightmare. Sounds like bait and switch to me. Give a free account of 2GB on Toshiba, HP, etc. computers and then charge customers a ridiculous fee to gain access to their own photos and videos. AND I can't speak to anyone because I don't have a plan that's above the basic. WOW! Who wants to do business with a company that is not willing to provide personal customer support to ALL it's customers. I am a filmmaker. My Dropbox was used a couple of years ago by a co-worker on a project I am no longer connected to. He created a Team in my Dropbox. I was able to remove all the files from that Team but I cannot remove the Team folder. This Team is no longer used by anyone. It seems he is the only person with access to that Team folder, the only person who can delete it because he is the Admin for it because he created it. It's in MY Dropbox account and I no longer have any way to contact him. I tried to open a new Dropbox account but it wouldn't let me because my email is already used on my old Dropbox account. How can I regain full access to MY Dropbox so I can use it? How can I remove that no longer used Team Folder from MY Dropbox? Is there any way to contact a live person at Dropbox to help me with this? All I can find is the Community Support (here) and the totally useless Chatbot. This is a major problem for me. I only have ONE email address and I don't want to have to log on to different email accounts to see MY Dropbox. Help, please! I am extremely stressed out over this situation. When trying to attach a Dropbox file using the Outlook mobile app, a screen says "No files found." I used to be able to create an email and then attach the Dropbox file using the Outlook app, but now this is not working. It's possible from the Dropbox app side, but not from Outlook.
