How can I upload my iCloud photos to my Dropbox account?
I have run out of space on iPhone due to excessive photos. I want to move my photos to dropbox. Photos are on iCloud. What steps do I take to move the photos from my iCloud account to my dropbox account? Both are on the cloud. The iCloud photos are accessible on my macbook. I tried dragging and dropping and that didnât work. I donât have the dropbox app on macbook. Not sure I have the space for it. Thank you! How do I stop Dropbox from uploading every single picture on my PC?
I use Dropbox on my computer to backup my work files which include my 3D renders that consist in a png sequence (one image per frame at 30 or 60fps), so I have thousands of png images related to renders but dropbox automatically adds them to the camera uploads in my phone app which is extremely annoying because I need to scroll down thousands of images to see my actual photos... if I delete them it deletes my render backup as well, it does the same thing for textures, which makes my photo roll unusable.
The original creation date of my photos changes after uploading them via the mobile app.
I have been using drop box for years and never had this issue. When I upload photos from my phone to my drop box account using the app on my phone, the dates of the photos change to the date of upload, not the date taken. Why has this changed? Hi I have an iphone and when receiving images from workers I usually upload to dropbox, click on rename and edit it then upload. Now it won't allow me to rename, it still "says" rename there but it doesn't work, So when it picks up image from text it says Attachment, I can't upload more than one as it shows as a duplicate. Is this just me, as this system was working well until now.
Backing up .heic into camera uploads with Android
Hello, when I receive a text message with image from an iPhone user, I download the image to my phone but it does not show in my camera upload folder. I have been reading there are ways Dropbox will convert the file as well, but the information I have seen seems to be only for iPhones. I looked into my settings and there isn't options to back up convert .heic files. I currently have Dropbox Plus. Without having to manually share each picture to Dropbox, how do I get Dropbox to back up .heic files? How do I get Dropbox to convert the files when they are in my Camera Uploads folder?
Why are photos being uploaded twice?
Hi there, Iâm hoping someone can help me out as I canât figure out why certain photos are being saved multiple times when I upload them. I upload from my iPhone and in my most recent upload, there were 27 photos in my camera roll that I uploaded and the total that ended up in the Dropbox folder was double thatâŠ.. 54. It seems to be saving every photo as a png AND a jpgâŠ.? Please help. Thank you!
