I noticed on my CC that I’m being charged by Dropbox again. I have only had a free account, so I was puzzled. Investigation resulted in finding someone fraudulently is using my info on an acct. And charging my CC. Obv I want that stopped. How do I report it, and stop further charges? There’s little I can do bcz I only have a basic acct and can’t call customer service. This is very frustrating. Thx.45Views0likes2CommentsI can't access an account that's linked to an old email address I can no longer access

Hi - I recently asked a number of friends to provide feedback on some articles I'm writing, using Dropbox Paper. Unfortunately, the majority of them refused to help. The signup flow makes them think they have to enter a trial using a credit card number, in order to collaborate with me. This flow here shows a typical experience319Views0likes4CommentsNot receiving Verification and Forgot Password email
everytime i opened dropbox web, a red box came up and said i need to verify my email. but when i click sent verification email, i got nothing. i've checked my spam. plus, i forgot my password, and the email for recovering password doesn't come through either. but weirdly, i have sent a community comment in dropbox forum a while ago with the same email address and the notification of "ranking up in dropbox community" came through. so, it's definitely not a problem on my email.Solved6.7KViews0likes56CommentsWhy isn't end-to-end encryption available for all Dropbox plans?
Hello, Why is End-to-end encryption not offered on all plans, even if you need to pay extra for it ? End to end encryption is fundamentally should be the default as standard, so am perplexed why Dropbox do not offer this on plans other then Business Plus. Many thanks542Views0likes2Comments
