I can't access an account that's linked to an old email address I can no longer access
I bought a new computer and I have a new email address, and I'm not being able to login my premium account which is linked to my old email address which I have no access. I'm also having problems contacting Dropbox. Can anyone help?
Issue with email when registering a new account
I'm trying to register a new account with a new email on a new domain we have setup. The domain is a .enterprises, so not a .com or .co.uk. I keep getting invalid email and am wondering if .enterprises is a domain DropBox will accept when registering a new account? Does anybody know anything on this please?Can we delete an account we no longer have access to and receive a refund for it?
I need to delete an account I no longer have access too. The account is on an old college email address that is no longer active. How can I sign up to Dropbox with a work email.
