Hi, I am the Admin/owner of my personal Business's Dropbox and I shared my entire Dropbox (all files/folders) with another firm and now I can't remove my folder from their Dropbox account, and they are now paying for the storage of the files in my Dropbox, and so am I. Plus they are now having to authorize every client/person I want to grant access to my Dropbox folder. I am trying to gain control over my folder and remove it from their account. Hi. I'm putting my family history in Dropbox and I wanted to give all my relatives access to it. There are lot of folders with photos, life histories, old records, etc. So I thought it'd be easier to give everybody my log-in info. When anybody logs in, I get sent the verification code and I text it to the person. So far it's worked fine, but one of my cousins logged in today and it took nearly three hours for the verification code to come to me. He just tried again a half hour ago and I'm still waiting for the code. Can anyone shed some light on why this is happening? Please advise. Thanks. Maybe add some kind of real person support, because I have a public Dropbox link that contains a malware (Lumma Stealer / Amadey) and I want to report it properly. But I can’t, because there’s only that stupid automated bot that’s useless in this case. Trouble verifying email- so I cannot share the folder I need to share. I have verified my email address multiple times and Dropbox will not let me share or copy a link and it keeps saying that I can't until my email address is verified. What can I do? Hi, I was just invited to join a dropbox team. The invite was sent to the email address that I use for my personal info, etc. I thought nothing of it as I just thought we'd have a shared folder or something, but it turned out it pulled all my stored dropbox info into this team. As a result, I quickly tried to delete all my personal files. It's moved them all into the trash, but it's saying I don't have permission to permanently delete them. It's also not allowing me to delete my personal account or leave the team. I don't know this person. So first indicator of spam through Dropbox. How do I block this user and report them to Dropbox. Hi, I'm an administrator for our Dropbox Team. One of our employees would like to transfer ownership of a folder to another employee. He tried, and then I tried at the admin level, and followed the Help Center instructions for changing ownership. When we open the drop -down menu showing who has access to the folder, we only see "can edit" and "can view" as options, not "make owner" as suggested in the instructions.
