Issues with Android users updating shared files
Good Afternoon, We use Dropbox for team members to lodge daily paperwork but all of our Android users are reporting issues and the documents aren't coming through to the shared files. Does anyone have any tips on how to fix this? We have checked for further updates, signed out and uninstalled the affected apps. Thank you!
Getting the file version history on MacOS
I have just noticed something odd regarding versioning in macos files… when I view a TextEdit RTF document on my co-worker's computer, we are able to browse through many versions using 'Revert to…' When I try the same on my local copy synced with dropbox I can only see 3 versions back and the one I'm looking for can't be accessed. Also after we rolled back my co-workers copy of the RTF to an earlier version, my copy still hasn't changed. Does dropbox not support versioning at all?
The Share option is no longer available in the desktop version of Dropbox in Windows
Share is no longer available in the desktop version of Dropbox in File Explorer on my laptop. I have quit Dropbox in the Taskbar and re-launched it, but share is still not there. It was there 2 days ago, but after a Windows update, it's not there anymore.
Feature Requests
Please allow us to add watermarks on mobile devices. This is a fairly major pain point for me. Please allow for better workflow for renaming a file after watermarking. Finally, please consider offering a paid tier for signatures below unlimited. The current price is a bit rich for my needs since I don't have a ton of things to sign but I will periodically have 5-10 in a month. I would rather use Dropbox's workflow vs, say, Adobe's but I currently use Adobe when I have more than three documents to sign.
