I have been denied total access to Dropbox website on my Mac for some reason. My internet is working perfectly for all other sites. Subsequently, my Dropbox app doesn't turn it black at all. It says connecting to Dropbox and doesn't connect. Driving me nuts please helpSolved64KViews1like5Commentswhat is cfl.dropboxstatic.com.url
I recently had all my files in a shared folder deleted. I was able to go in and restore them all, but in the process found one suspicious file, which I did not restore which was "cfl.dropboxstatic.com.url". Does anyone know what that might be? Next to all my deleted files was "Dale". One of my users is Dale, but he says it wasn't him?Solved30KViews1like30CommentsThere was a problem completing this request
I'm unable to do anything with DropBox - browser page keeps loading the error message "There was a problem completing this request." In reading through community postings with the same problem, I have tried deleting files to make room, but I'm unable to remove files - the page simply reloads with the same error message. Same with any other activity - cannot load, share, or delete files nor folders. I've tried updating security, logging out, then logging back in, to no avail. Any help is appreciated. Thank you. When MOV videos from my wife's iPhone download to our Dropbox desktop app, we can't view them. The audio transfers but there is no video with it (black screen only). I do not have this issue with my Android phone, which transfers as a MP4 file. I also noticed that we are able to view her MOV videos from Dropbox.com, just not the desktop app. I unistalled and reinstalled the Dropbox desktop app, but the problem persisted. I use the desktop app to backup these videos on an external hard drive and have not been able to find a way to do this via Dropbox.com. Please help me fix this issue! Thanks, RyanSolved25KViews0likes15Comments"Please enable browser-cookies..." message when trying to view file contents in browser
Hi, I can log in to dropbox.com and browse my folder structure, but when I click on a .txt file to view its contents I get the following error message: "Please enable browser-cookies to use the Dropbox website." Beneath the error message there is a login form, but the 'Login" button is disabled, and remains disabled even when I enter my username and password. Therefore I cannot login at this prompt (even though I am already logged in dropbox.com), and cannot view file contents. I am running Chrome 56.0.2924.87 (64-bit) on macOS Sierra 10.12.3 (16D32) on a 2016 MacBook Pro. My Chrome cookie settings are the default ones, that is Preferences > Show advanced settings > Privacy > Content settings... > Cookies > "Allow local data to be set (recommended)" is enabled, and "Block third-party cookies and site data" is also enabled. Javascript is enabled too. Any ideas?Solved18KViews0likes12CommentsError 500 when trying to access the Dropbox website
