2 TopicsGetting Invoices by Email
Two big suggestions, that are already commonplace out there with different online services: 1. Actually send invoices/receipts to the billing email address specified. I just found out from Support that invoices are only sent to the billing email address if the user is paying by check or manual transfer. It should be possible to ALWAYS send invoices, regardless of how the bill was paid. 2. Allow specifying a billing email address. Currently this is limited to the Billing Admin (which in my case is just the Admin). It would be very convenient if I could set the billing email address to something like "invoices@mycompany.com". Currently the only way to do that is to actually create a new user and use up a license just for this separate email address.28Views0likes1CommentProvide switch to turn off Auto-renew
Currently the only way to turn off auto-renew in a user profile is to schedule a subscription change to upgrade or downgrade the subscription. What if the user does not want to change the subscription but simply woud prefer to manually approve a renewal? There should be a simple, intuitive way to toggle the auto-renew feature on/off.69Views0likes2Comments
