How to change from business to personal account?
Hi, I accidentally chose to have a 'business' account but since I mostly use it for personal matters I would like to convert it to a personal account? Do you know how to do that? Being charged for an unknown account
Hi all, I work for an organisation and our bank card is being charged for a dropbox account. None of our current staff pay for an account. We think it might be an ex staff member who paid for the account and didn't cancel their subscription before leaving. How do we find out how to access the account that we are paying for. Unsubscribe Dropbox Plus Trial from Google Play Store
I subscribed for Dropbox Plus Trial from Google Play Store. I only can unsubscribe from Google Play Store and not the 'Billing' or 'Plan' page as I did not sign up for trial through Dropbox. Credit card fraud - fraudulent charge
Hello, There was a fraudulent charge on my credit card. I am a basic plan user only so when I got the notification from my credit card company that I had a charge from Dropbox I knew something was suspicious. I was able to track down the invoice and receipt using the transaction ID lookup tool so I have that documentation. I want to report this to Dropbox so they may take action against this user.
