I have been trying to access my dropbox account for the past month and have not received any 6 digit access code emails or any password reset emails, or for that matter any emails from Dropbox. I pay a monthly subscription fee so I don't think my account has been shut down as I have seen in other threads. Hello everybody, Need to log in to my dropbox account but i forgot the password. I cant reset it because the email address is business and not available anymore to email servers. I thought I had changed my email on dropbox but apparently hadn't. While I was disctracted on the phone I told it to just log in with my google account with my new email and it set up a new account. Now if I log in to change my email it says that my other email is being used. If I delete the new account will that allow me to use the new email? A folder was shared by the owner with five people. It contains a spreadsheet that is routinely updated. For more than a year, we have received email notifications when the owner made changes. Now those emails have stopped for some reason. Owner hasn't made changes to her settings, either have recipients. I can go into Dropbox, open folder, and see the Activity pane at the right telling me she's edited the document. But we're no longer receiving the email notifications.
