Dropbox mobile app is in Dutch, even though the settings are set to English.
Device iPhone 12 Pro Operating System/Browser (if using the web) iOS18.6 Dropbox App Version (if using the app) 438.2 Dropbox Plan N/A Question or Issue The Dropbox app on my iPhone 12 Pro, iOS 18.6, is in Dutch. It is the only app on my iphone that is in any language other than English. I have removed all languages other than English in the preferred languages of the iPhone settings, as I saw that fixed a language issue for someone else. I have updated the Dropbox app, iOS, removed the app then reinstalled it; app is always in Dutch.

How do I change the language of my mobile app?
Hi, please, how can I change language on my dropbox mobile app (iphone)? From the start the mobile app is in cyrillic. Of course I can change the language to English in Desktop/Web Dropbox, but on my mobile, there is no change. Even if I delete the cache in mobile app. Thank you!

I can sign in to my account on my PC but not on my cellphone
I can sign in via my PC. But i cannot sign in with my cellphone using the Dropbox app. I use DuckDuckGo as my browser. My browser uses a VPN. Is this why i cannot sign in from my cellphone (the VPN)?

Impossible to connect to my account on a new Android Phone
Hi, I am trying to connect my existing account to Dropbox application on a new Android Phone. Problem is that none of the option is working. I tried with my user name and my password, not working. I tried with unique code sent on my email, it always said the code is not valid. I tried to contact assistance but when I receive notification email, I connect to my account on computer, I do not see any answer anywhere. Oh and yes, I deleted my old Android Phone from my devices in Dropbox account to be able to add a new one. Somebody can help? Thanks, Nino

Problem with Android app switching between accounts
Hi, I have the android app and my personal (basic) account and work account connected. I've recently noticed that if in the personal account there is no option to switch to the work account. I have to logout of the personal account and then it defaults back to the work account. Then if I want to get back to the personal one I have to login again and it switches ok but if then try to go back to the work account the link has disappeared again. Both accounts show in the settings and everything works ok on PC and online, it is just an app issue and is the same on both my phone (android V12) and tablet V13), both running App version 356.2.2 which I believe is latest. How can I give microphone permission to Dropbox on my iOS device?
When I hit 'Record Audio' in the Dropbox widget on my iPhone, it asks me to enable microphone permissions in: Settings > Privacy > Microphone This route does not exist on my iPhone 12 / IOS 17 How can I enable the microphone for audio recording? Mick G.
