Device TCL NxtPaper 14 Operating System/Browser (if using the web) Android 14 Dropbox App Version (if using the app) 454.2.2 Syncing Status Up To Date Question or Issue I am using Dropbox on my TCL NxtPaper 14, along with the app Nutrient PDF Viewer Pro to edit and annotate PDFs on Dropbox. Whenever I use the app, it corrupts the PDF on Dropbox. Editing PDFs on other cloud services with the same app does not give me any issues.123Views0likes7CommentsThe photos from my phone do not show up in the Photos and Screenshots folders on my laptop
Bought a new Dell Inspiron 15 Laptop, Windows 11, last Dec. Since then, my photos disappear after uploading from my Samsung Galaxy phone. Photos file and screenshot file are still in my Dropbox App on the laptop, but photos don't show up. Also got a storage limit alert email. In the last two weeks also noticed that control-print screen screenshots not showing up in Dropbox screenshot file ? Is this just Windows trying to force me to use their program ?24Views0likes1CommentI get a "Sign-in failed" error when I try to log in on the mobile app on Android
Hi there, I've been having issues login in on my mobile phone the past few days. Used dropbox on this device for years, but suddenly can't log in anymore. Initially the error was "invalid code" every time I entered a code I had just received via text message. So I opened dropbox on my desktop and switched off 2 factor authentication. Unfortunately that hasn't solved my problem, I still can't log in on my phone. I now get a message saying unknown error. I am on dropbox basic plan, currently have 2 devices linked. I unlinked the device giving the issues hoping I could link it again, but no success. Any advice on how to solve this?25Views0likes1CommentMove or copy photos from iPhone or iCloud to Dropbox
I’m using the latest iOS 12 release, and the latest version of the Dropbox iOS app, on my iPhone X. I have over 7,000 photos on my iPhone; they are also synced to my iCloud. (The volume consists of pretty much every photo I’ve ever had on an iPhone, beginning with an iPhone 4S.) Having this number of photos on my iPhone has been making my iPhone quite sluggish. I tried using the Dropbox iOS app’s built-in feature to copy or move the photos to one of my Dropbox folders; but, on each attempt, the Dropbox iOS app hangs, after moving anywhere from few hundred to a couple of thousand photos. I then opened the iCloud app in Windows 10, intending to copy the photos en masse to Dropbox, then, once the move was confirmed, erase the photos from my iCloud. (I also tried this through accessing my iCloud via Google Chrome.) I can’t seem to select more than 1 photo at a time, in my iCloud photos area. As you can imagine, selecting over 7,000 photos, one at a time, is not feasible. Thank u VERY much, peeps, for any help with this! 🙂Solved45KViews4likes4CommentsDownloading music files from Dropbox to my phone.
I am trying to download music files to my Android phone so I can play them with a music app. I thought I had figured out a way on my old phone, but it does not seem to be working with my new model. I know there's a way. Can you guide me?8.4KViews0likes8Comments
