197 TopicsIntegration with Handy Diary, backup does not work
Hello! I've been using the Handy Diary app for 6 years, and I've been constantly backing up my data. However, yesterday I ran out of storage space, so I purchased a 2 TB plan and deleted all my old backups. However, the backup process is not working. There are no errors, but the app displays a message saying "Try again later," and my personal account information is no longer visible in the app. I've tried restarting my phone, backing up to empty accounts, and all the permissions are correct. I made my last backup about three weeks ago, and this issue occurred yesterday. Please help me resolve this problem. My internet connection is also working properly, and I haven't encountered any issues in the past. I'm performing the same operation that I've been doing for the past six years, but this time, I'm encountering this problem.13Views0likes1CommentAfter upgrade to Dropbox Teams, I have 2 Dropbox accounts or at least 2 Dropbox folders.
Dropbox Plan Dropbox Business upgraded to Dropbox Teams Device Dell XPS 16 Operating System/Browser (if using the web) Windows 11 Pro Dropbox App Version (if using the app) 240.4.8609 Question or Issue I had a Dropbox business account that was 6TB. I ran out of room so I upgraded to Dropbox Teams and 15 TB. I just figured that my Dropbox business account would become the Dropbox teams account but it did not. Now I have 2 Dropbox accounts (or at least 2 Dropbox folders) with 2 different names but using the same email address. I only want one account with 15 TB of room. Question: How can I get all my files over to the Dropbox Teams account? Question: At renewal time, does this mean I will be charged for the Dropbox Business account and again for the Dropbox Teams account?47Views0likes2CommentsCannot upgrade my account after getting converted back to an individual account from a team one
Hi everyone, I’m posting here because I’m currently blocked from working due to a Dropbox account issue and I’m looking for advice or similar experiences. Here’s what happened, step by step: I had a personal Dropbox Essentials account I was temporarily added to a Dropbox Business team As expected, Dropbox automatically cancelled my personal plan I was then removed from the team and converted back to a personal account Since then, my account is stuck in a Basic state Now the critical part: I tried to upgrade back to a paid plan twice Both times the bank confirmed payment authorization Dropbox shows errors like “invalid value” The plan is not activated I can access files via browser, but local sync and shared-folder workflows are broken, which effectively blocks my work and my Basic account does not have enough storage for my files It looks like the account is in a corrupted state between Team billing and Personal billing. I’ve already opened a support ticket, but in the meantime: Has anyone experienced this exact Team → Personal → Basic limbo? Is there a known fix besides waiting for manual intervention? Would migrating to a new account be the fastest safe solution? Any insight is appreciated — this is a professional blocker, not just a billing annoyance. Thanks in advance. Andrea Dropbox Plan (Essential? basic? Professional? don't know anymore) Payment Method (applepay.) How did you upgrade? (I wish I did)81Views0likes8CommentsI lost the files in my Family group folder, after upgrading to a Dropbox team plan.
I went ahead and upgraded my subscription from a Family group to a business multi user subscription and now it has removed the Family group folder with all my files before I could transfer to my new upgraded membership folder. This is a pretty silly automation in the system, how can I transfer to my new folder if they aren't there?31Views0likes2CommentsCan I restore files that have been permanently deleted if I upgrade to a paid plan?
I deleted the files stored in my Plus account on October 21, 2025, and transferred them to a new cloud service. After that, I downgraded my account to the Basic plan. However, the transfer to the new cloud was not completed successfully. I would like to know whether upgrading my Basic plan to a Professional account would allow me to recover those files, or if they have been permanently deleted. I have attempted to contact Get Help multiple times but have not received a clear or definitive answer. I would appreciate clarification on whether file recovery is still possible and, if so, what steps I should take. Thank you community for your assistance. Rebecca36Views0likes2CommentsI need to add more space to my personal Dropbox account, without upgrading to a team.
I have the largest account available to an individual and have added the one time storage to my account. I have a large family and have a lot of photos and videos that I want to store. However, I'm almost out of space (nearly 4TB) and need more. When I tried to upgrade, my only option for more storage than 4TB is to upgrade to a business account for three users at an increase of an additional $225/year. My first TB of increase was $60 and it hardly seems right to force me to delete my files or upgrade for 80% increase in price. Thank you.59Views0likes2CommentsMy account is a Basic one, but I received an email about an upcoming charge.
I have a received an email saying that my account will be renewed and charged 163.67$ on February 11, 2026. Once connected, my account is the Dropbox Basic which is free. I also have no bill to Pay that shows. Since the account was created for work and we don't want to use it anymore, I wish to delete it. Can I do it or should I terminate the forfait first? It also doesn't give me the option to terminate it on a computer. Thank you for your time.80Views0likes3CommentsI paid for a Plus plan via iDEAL, but I don't see my upgrade just yet.
