got the following error ".pdf files are supported but something went wrong."

files are to be downloaded onto my computer.

Only four of a about twenty files could not be downloaded.

Each of these four is way under 500MB.

I have not done this on another browser.

Sorry to hear you're having issues with previewing your PDF files Percival!

If you're still having issues with this, could you try another browser and let me know the results?
