Being notified when someone downloads your files

Hi Thanks, I haven't been receiving email notifications and I checked my spam folders. I've attached a pic of a file I transferred.
I sent the link to a friend and she downloaded it. You can see on the screen grab it shows zero downloads. Why is that occurring?
People are downloading files and It shows no record of it and I'm not getting notified. Is there a tech support dept?
I'm paying for a service that I'm not getting the services from. Please advise.

www.dropbox.com/support with as much information as possible (i.e. the file links, date it was sent, rough idea of when downloaded etc.)

yes, i've done that over email. And I've put all the info here on the forum.
you can see on the image I attached much of the details. There's never a reply on the chat option.
It would be nice to get help in real time. But people in hell want ice water too....
