Cannot download the information you requested

HI Team,

 

I am unable to open file. when i place share file link in Excel or Word. its show below Message

 

unable to open https:.......... Cannot download the information you requested.

    Hey Tahir Saleemi, thanks for reaching out!

    Are you having this problem only when opening the link from the Excel or Word files? If you copy the link somewhere else and click on it, does it open?

    Can you also send me a screenshot of the error message, so I can check it out?

    I am also having the same issue. Trying to create shared links in an excel sheet. All other hyperlinks work just fine. It is only the dropbox links that do not work.

    Windows 10 MS office 2010
