Cannot download the information you requested

HI Team,   I am unable to open file. when i place share file link in Excel or Word. its show below Message   unable to open https:.......... Cannot download the information you requested.

I am also having the same issue. Trying to create shared links in an excel sheet. All other hyperlinks work just fine. It is only the dropbox links that do not work.

Windows 10 MS office 2010
