Can't view offline files on iPad without access to the internet

Something changed over the last couple of months. I have hundreds of JPEG photos of sheet music I made and stored in Dropbox, with each jpeg saved in the Dropbox app on my iPad to be viewable off-lin...

Hi Walter, I have tried that but all the folders themselves disappear when there is no wifi.  
I don’t know why this started happening recently after it working for all these years.
