Hey folks ( office11 & chriscsullivan)!
Thanks for reporting this problem here. Without you, other customers could've experienced the same issue.
I have already relayed all the details of your problem to our engineering team. From this point onwards, theyâll evaluate the problem and work toward a solution.
I canât say exactly how long this will take, however, Iâll keep a close watch on the teamâs progress and I will let you know more info as soon as I have an update.
Thanks for your diligence and patience in regards to this matter and enjoy the rest of your day!

8 years agoHey IainZ.
Just to ensure a few basic steps, have you updated your browser by any chance? How about switching to another browser or using incognito? Also, make sure that youâre not running any extensions.
For further troubleshooting purposes though, as Mark said, a ticket submission would be required due to sensitive and account-specific info that may be needed. However, I could also contact you via email to the email address associated with your Forum profile if thatâs more preferable.
Let me know if any of the above help and if not, how youâd like to proceed. Thanks!

Same problem on my end. Started happening around a week ago.
Didn't notice that anything that actually has issues - it's just Chrome complaining that DropBox is not compatible.
Since both apps update automatically, hard to trace which update caused the issue but one of the two certainly did.

Hey DarkRothaus, sorry to hear youâre having trouble with this. Have you tried the steps mentioned (switching browsers, using incognito and ensuring that youâre not running any extensions)? Were you able to resolve your concern in the end?Let me know of any updates on the matter and Iâll make sure to get back to you as soon as possible. Thanks! - DarkRothaus8 years agoNew member | Level 2
Hi,
This is a Chrome-specific error message so switching browsers is not really helpful. It's only shown after restarting Chrome and Chrome always launches in default mode, not incognito. Certainly have plenty of extensions but they shouldn't cause that problem.
As I mentioned, I didn't see any problem outside of Chrome complaining that there's an incompatibility so I guess there's just some sort of check that either Chrome or you guys introduced that wasn't there before.
Thx

Hey DarkRothaus, thanks for your prompt response here!I just want to make sure if the issue persists on an incognito window or after clearing your browser's cache as well, so as to exclude the possibility of a plug-in/browser extension causing this. If the incognito window works as normal, try temporarily disabling your browser extensions one by one to see if that does the trick.Furthermore, could you navigate to your browser's settings and let me know the build youâre currently on? You can do this by following the steps below:1. Go to Chrome's settings (ellipsis on the top right corner of your screen).2. Click Help.3. Click About Chrome. Thanks in advance!
